Your ComfyRest™ pillow is constructed of terry cloth and is machine washable. Wash in cold water on the delicate
cycle. Hang to dry; DO NOT put in dryer.

"wear a liberal amount of sunscreen with at least an SPF of 15" while exposed to the sun.
